FAQ: Visits & Fees
How much do I pay when I come for a visit?
Nothing. There are no co-pays, no deductibles. We provide most care to members without any fees!
If there is a charge for a non-covered service, the price is always listed and disclosed upfront. If members need outside services, we work hard to find the best pricing if paying cash.
If I need other services, when do I pay for them?
Any cost associated with a non-covered service is due at that visit. Such services are posted along with pricing.
How much is a yearly physical or "wellness visit"?
Nothing! All wellness, annual physicals, sports physicals are ZERO cost to members!
When are you available? Are you available weekends and evening?
Our regular hours are posted on the home page and all members have 24 hour, 7 day a week access to their provider; via phone, text, email and even after-hours care if necessary.
Can I walk in? Do I need an appointment?
We do offer same-day visits to our members when needed, but scheduling an appointment is recommended.
How long do I get with my provider?
As much time as needed! Really. Most visits are scheduled between 20 - 60 minutes.
Can I actually request a house call?
Yes. Roger will travel to you up to 15 miles with prior approval.
What if I need to see a specialist, x-rays or go to the hospital?
We can order tests and do referrals, the same as insurance based clinics and providers. We do our best to find the most reasonable "cash" price options available.
Although we provide many urgent or minor emergency services during our office hours or after-hours (simple fractures, lacerations, stitches, etc.)
which can help our members avoid an expensive trip to the ER, we do recommend having catastrophic insurance plan or membership to a "cost sharing" plan in case of an expensive event such as hospitalization or surgery.
