Direct Primary Care (DPC)
Direct Primary Care is a model of primary care that aims to claim back the patient- provider relationship. We accomplish this by taking insurance out of the primary care equation. By joining our clinic, you will pay for a monthly membership which gives you more access to your provider, longer visits, same-day or next-day appointments, and other benefits. You and your provider will have more control in deciding your plan of care without the restrictions imposed by traditional insurance.
Membership
Your membership includes an interactive relationship with your provider, more streamlined communication, increased access to primary care, multiple in office procedures & diagnostics, help coordinating with outside services and providers, and more! We are committed to being completely transparent with cost. If we offer you a service that is not included in your membership, you will know the cost prior to that service being provided. There will be no surprise bills from NICC's.

For Businesses
Do you want to provide your employees with health care benefits but cannot afford insurance? You can help offset their personal medical expenses by providing them with a NICC's membership.
If you already provide insurance for your employees you can save on insurance premiums by paying out of pocket for your employees primary care.

We will not treat chronic pain with narcotics
If you experience chronic pain, we will gladly help you find ways to manage your pain outside of narcotic intervention. We can offer joint injections, appropriate physical exercise, referral for physical therapy and massage or other natural modalities for pain. If that isn't enough we will refer you to & work in conjunction with a pain specialist.

We do not carry vaccines
While we love caring for your children, at this time we are unable to provide childhood vaccines in our clinic due to the cost involved in storing/stocking them. We can do your child's Well Child Visits and help navigate vaccines via the Public Health Clinic.
